Hesabını ve verilerini sil
Huddle hesabını ve onunla ilişkili tüm verilerini istediğin zaman silebilirsin. İki yol var:
1. Uygulama içinden (önerilen)
- Huddle uygulamasını aç.
- Profil sekmesine git → sağ üstte Ayarlar ikonuna dokun.
- Sayfanın altında Hesabı Sil butonuna dokun.
- Onay metnini oku, Sil'e dokun.
İşlem anında başlar. Hesabın oturumu kapatılır, profilin ve tüm verin 30 gün içinde silinir.
2. E-posta ile
Uygulamaya artık erişimin yoksa, kayıtlı e-posta adresinden bize yazabilirsin:

- Hesabınla ilişkili e-posta adresi
- Kullanıcı adı veya görünen ad (varsa)
- Silme nedeni (opsiyonel)
Talebi 48 saat içinde inceler, 30 gün içinde silme işlemini tamamlarız.
Hangi veriler silinir
Silme işlemi şu verilerin tümünü kalıcı olarak kaldırır:
- Profil bilgilerin (ad, e-posta, profil resmi, bio, şehir, etiketler, "şu an" metni)
- Oluşturduğun etkinlikler
- Katıldığın etkinlikler ve niyet etiketleri (why_here)
- Kaydettiğin (save) ve seninle eşleşen (mutual) kullanıcılar
- Sohbet mesajların
- Push bildirim tokenları
- Cihaz oturum kayıtların
Hangi veriler tutulur (ve ne kadar süreyle)
Yasal yükümlülükler ve hizmet bütünlüğü için sınırlı veri kısa süreliğine saklanabilir:
- Anonim log kayıtları — kullanıcıyla ilişkilendirilemez, 90 gün içinde silinir
- Yedekleme kopyaları — Supabase otomatik yedeklerinde maksimum 30 gün
- Hukuki uyum kayıtları — kötüye kullanım veya yasal talep durumunda, sadece gerektiği kadar süreyle
30 gün sonra hiçbir kişisel verinin Huddle altyapısında kalmaz.
Sorular?
Delete your account and data
You can delete your Huddle account and all associated data at any time. Two options:
1. From inside the app (recommended)
- Open the Huddle app.
- Go to the Profile tab → tap the Settings icon (top right).
- At the bottom of the page, tap Delete Account.
- Read the confirmation, tap Delete.
The process starts immediately. You'll be signed out and all your data will be removed within 30 days.
2. By email
If you no longer have access to the app, email us from your registered address:

- The email address associated with your account
- Username or display name (if any)
- Reason for deletion (optional)
We review requests within 48 hours and complete deletion within 30 days.
What data is deleted
The deletion permanently removes:
- Profile info (name, email, profile picture, bio, city, tags, "now" text)
- Events you created
- Events you attended and intent chips (why_here)
- Users you saved and mutual matches
- Chat messages
- Push notification tokens
- Device session records
What data is retained (and for how long)
For legal compliance and service integrity, limited data may be retained briefly:
- Anonymous log records — not linkable to a user, deleted within 90 days
- Backup copies — automatic Supabase backups, maximum 30 days
- Legal compliance records — only in case of abuse or legal request, only as long as necessary
After 30 days no personal data remains in Huddle's infrastructure.
